Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Not damaged by the customer
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, underwear)
- Customised or personalised products
- Digital products and gift cards
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at hello@shopnaijabrands.com with your order number
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation
- Ship the item back to the vendor
- Refund is processed within 5-10 business days after receipt
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
