Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Not damaged by the customer
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, underwear)
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Digital products and gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@shopnaijabrands.com with your order number
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation
  3. Ship the item back to the vendor
  4. Refund is processed within 5-10 business days after receipt

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
