3. Payments

We accept payments via Paystack (NGN), Stripe (USD), bank transfer, and pay-on-delivery (select areas). All payment information is processed securely.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates vary by location and vendor. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We deliver to all 36 Nigerian states and internationally.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, fulfilment of orders, and product quality. Shop Naija Brands acts as a marketplace facilitator.

6. Prohibited Activities

Selling counterfeit or illegal products
Fraudulent transactions
Harassment of other users
Misuse of the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Shop Naija Brands is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and vendors, product defects, or delivery delays caused by third parties.
